WHO IS SCRIPTURE UNION

Scripture Union is a volunteer organisation that has been active in New South Wales since 1880. Its aim is to work with churches so that people can come to a personal faith in Christ, grow in that faith, join a church and see how they can help a world in need. Scripture Union works towards these aims through specialist ministries designed to encourage people of all ages to meet God daily through the Bible and prayer, and to make the good news of God´s love known to children, young people and families.

In NSW specialist ministries include camps, short term missions on beaches and in towns, Inter-school Christian Fellowship (ISCF) and Scripture Union Primary Age (SUPA) clubs in schools, leadership training, facilitating of KidsGames, publishing Bible reading guides and Christian literature and supporting Scripture Union Pacific Islands partners.
